2024 Expectations
Sydney performed OK in 2023 after a disastrous Grand Final performance in 2022. Losing Buddy Franklin in attack and Paddy McCartin in defence will be tough but the recruitment of Brody Grundy is an interesting move and hopefully he can regain some of his form. They could drop out of the top 8 in 2024.
Key Player
Isaac Heeney
His blonde hair makes him hard to miss and his ability to switch between midfield and the forward line causes difficulty to all opposing teams.
Watch out for
Errol Gulden
At only 21 had an exceptional season in 2023 finishing fourth in the Brownlow Medal race.
